Petrick Sutrisno

Petrick Sutrisno is a fashion designer and retail-management professional with a background in fashion design, bridalwear and garment development. During his studies at Raffles, his collection “A Living Work of Art” was selected among the institution’s Top Collections for the Bachelor’s Degree in Design, majoring in Fashion Design, and his work was recognised through Raffles’ fashion-design programmes. His professional bridal-design work was subsequently featured on Bride Story, while his expertise and perspective within the wedding-fashion industry were also featured by the Asia News Network in its coverage of the post-pandemic return of weddings.

Retail Management

As Retail Manager of PS Store, Petrick brought together his experience in fashion, garment construction and customer service with the management requirements of a specialist retail business.

His role involved overseeing the retail environment while maintaining a strong connection between the products, customers and overall brand experience.

Supports the daily operations of the boutique, coordinating staff activities, assisting with customer appointments, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. The role also works closely with the bridal team to maintain service standards and deliver a consistent client experience.

03Bridal Consultant & Coordinator

Provides personalised bridal consultations while coordinating appointments, client requirements, gown selections, fittings, and follow-ups. The role acts as a key point of communication between clients and the boutique team, ensuring each bride receives attentive guidance throughout the bridal journey.

04Business Administrator & Client Services

Danica

Supports the administrative and client-facing operations of the boutique, coordinating appointments, customer records, orders, communications, and day-to-day administrative tasks. The role also assists clients throughout their boutique experience, ensuring enquiries and service requirements are handled efficiently and professionally.

05Alteration Specialists

Handle the technical craftsmanship of each bridal gown, including fittings, alterations, adjustments, and finishing. Working closely with clients and the bridal team, they ensure each gown is carefully tailored to the wearer’s measurements, desired silhouette, comfort, and overall finish.
